i rode the bike to the neighborhood pool with the sister, then swam & tanned a good hour or so. then rode back the long way ;D worked those legs & got in my work out clothes to go to the garage & work out in the machine. i did it for like maybe 20 minutes..or less? xD and then i did push ups & some sit ups(couldnt do much of those due to my back pain problem) & then took a great cool shower! :D it felt goooood!
now im just thinking about boiling some noodles & eating it with a bit of olive oil & a veggie pattie (n_n) <3
im so happy i did all that today :D i think later im gonna read some more...& if my sister lets me on her compu..play the sims 2 :D
life is good. thank you God!! (n_n)..♥
